1. What’s Covered

All eligible products come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This includes:

  • Material or workmanship defects that affect functionality.
  • Failures occurring during regular use with proper care.

2. What’s Not Covered

The following types of damage or conditions are excluded from coverage:

  • Breakage or damage caused by drops, misuse, or neglect.
  • Surface wear from daily use, including fading, marks, or chips.
  • Any alterations, fixes, or unauthorized modifications.

3. Filing a Warranty Request

If you believe your item qualifies for warranty service, follow these steps:

  1. Email david@cascadecustomcreations.com with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
  2. Attach clear, well-lit photos of the product and the defect.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond with next steps.

4. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • Repair of the item at no cost to you.
  • Replacement with the same or comparable product.
  • Store credit equal to the item’s purchase value.

5. Limitations

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty evaluations.
