Yes, many of our products can be personalized with names, dates, or messages. Just let us know what you’d like, and we’ll make it happen.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?

Our typical production time is 5–10 business days, depending on the item and level of customization. Shipping times vary by location.

We use high-quality materials such as solid wood, epoxy resin, and food-safe finishes. We carefully source everything to ensure durability and beauty.

6. Can I return a custom order?

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable. If there’s a problem with your order, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

7. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes, we can package your item for gifting. Please add a note at checkout or email us with your request.

8. Is local pickup available?

We currently do not offer local pickup, but we ship across the U.S. from our workshop in Redmond, Oregon.

9. How do I care for my wood or epoxy product?

Use a soft cloth and mild soap to clean. Avoid soaking in water or using harsh chemicals to preserve the finish and longevity of your item.

10. What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
