Refund and Returns Policy

At Cascade Custom Creations, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Qualifications

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
    • Item must be unused and in original, sellable condition.
    • All original packaging and any included accessories must be intact.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Items labeled “Final Sale” or marked non-returnable.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.

3. Starting a Return

  1. Email us at david@cascadecustomcreations.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. If approved, we’ll send you the steps to return your item.

Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g. damaged or incorrect item).

4. Refund Process

  • We will inspect your return and notify you whether the refund is approved.
  • If accepted, your refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was incorrect or defective.

5. Exchanges

If your order arrived damaged or faulty, we’re happy to exchange it. Email us at david@cascadecustomcreations.com with your request.

6. Faulty or Damaged Products

Should you receive a damaged item, contact us at david@cascadecustomcreations.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Canceling an Order

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, your order may already be in production or transit and cancellation may not be possible.
